New, unworn items can be returned to Heather Pullis Jewelry within 30 days of delivery.
*Custom Jewelry- Every piece of custom jewelry is one of a kind, therefore, it will have 30 percent restocking fee.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team at: (949) 275-4803 or email us at: shop @heatherpullisjewelry.com.
Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin to process your items. If you would like to cancel a custom purchase, the restocking fee is 30 percent of the total amount of the item.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 6 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
Heather Pullis Jewelry reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
