To be eligible for a Exchange
Jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & tags attached.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping is $8.00 which gives you first class shipping and tracking.
Estimated time of arrival depends on location, it normally takes about 3-5 business days, we give you a tracking number each time you purchase something which will help you directly track it.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 1001 W. 17th Street, Unit P, Costa Mesa CA 92627, United States.
New, unworn items can be returned to Heather Pullis Jewelry within 30 days of delivery.
*Custom Jewelry- Every piece of custom jewelry is one of a kind, therefore, it will have 30 percent restocking fee.

Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin to process your items. If you would like to cancel a custom purchase, the restocking fee is 30 percent of the total amount of the item.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 6 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
