Returns and Cancellations

At Heather Pullis Jewelry, quality is a value we guarantee. We want you to love your pieces, but if something isn't right, we are here to help.

 


 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Store Credit Only: We offer store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchanges for Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it for the same item. Please email us at shop@heatherpullisjewelry.com to initiate the process.

  • Final Sale Items: All sale items and Custom Jewelry (which is uniquely made one-of-a-kind) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return Shipping: All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is initiated, we will send you an invoice/bill to cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping ranges from $8.00 to $20.00, depending on your delivery location. This includes First Class shipping and tracking.

  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Orders: Once an order is submitted, we immediately begin processing it. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at (949) 275-4803 or shop@heatherpullisjewelry.com.

  • Custom Order Cancellations: Because we begin work on custom pieces right away, cancellations on custom jewelry are subject to a 30% restocking fee of the item's total amount.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds for cancellations are processed on the day the request is received. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the funds to reflect in your original account.
