Avoid exposing your jewelry to water, perfume, lotions, oils, harsh chemicals, or cleaning products, as these may affect the finish, stones, pearls, or delicate materials over time. Remove your piece before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
When you are not wearing it, store your jewelry in a soft pouch or lined box, away from moisture, direct sunlight, and other pieces that may scratch or tangle it. Gently polish metal components with a soft, dry cloth after wear to help maintain their natural glow.

If you need to make an exchange, please initiate it within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are offered as store credit only. Because of the personal nature of our work, custom pieces and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
