At Heather Pullis Jewelry, we take pride in crafting modern heirlooms designed to be worn and loved. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and are happy to offer a limited warranty and repair service to keep your pieces beautiful for years to come.
Our Warranty Period

Standard Jewelry Collection: All jewelry pieces are fully warrantied for one year from the date of purchase under conditions of normal wear and tear.

Hand Chains: Due to the delicate nature of hand chains and their high propensity for catching or breaking during everyday hand movement, hand chains are warrantied for 60 days from the date of purchase.
Repair Terms & Fees
We want you to wear your jewelry with confidence, which is why all qualifying warranty repairs are free of labor charges. However, please note our policy regarding materials:

Complementary Labor: Solder joints, clasp adjustments, and standard structural repairs within the warranty window are completely free.

Component & Material Fees: While our labor is free, the customer is responsible for the cost of replacing any missing or lost components. This includes, but is not limited to:

Lost semi-precious stones, pearls, or crystals

Missing sections of chain or links

Lost charms, pendants, or clasps
If your piece is missing components, we will assess the material cost and provide you with a price quote before beginning any repair work.
Exclusions & Post-Warranty Care

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal wear. It does not cover severe accidental damage, improper storage, or unauthorized alterations.

For pieces outside of their warranty window (over 1 year, or over 60 days for hand chains), we are still happy to help! Repairs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for a nominal repair and material fee.
How to Initiate a Repair

Your original order number or proof of purchase.

A clear photograph of the damage or the current state of the piece.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide you with instructions on how to securely ship your piece to our studio.
