All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are issued as store credit only. Custom pieces and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Heather Pullis Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 per order.
